- Monk Fruit: A natural, zero-calorie sweetener that helps keep the sorbet light and guilt-free.You can use any sweetener of your choice such as agave, honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, or regular sugar.
- Guar Gum: A thickening agent that ensures a smooth, creamy texture in your sorbet

How To Make Raspberry Lime Sorbet
- In a blender, combine raspberries, lime juice, lemonade, monk fruit and guar gum. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure it does not exceed the max fill line.
- Place the pint container in the freezer and freeze for at least 18-24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the pint holder lid and lock it into place. Select the "Sorbet" setting and let the Ninja Creami process the mixture. *see notes
- Scoop the raspberry lime sorbet into bowls and top with your favorite toppings
