If you’re craving something cold, bright, and not even pretending to be creamy, this Ninja Creami raspberry lime sorbet is it. It’s tangy, fruity, and honestly the kind of thing you keep taking bites of straight from the pint.
If you’re usually more of an ice-cream-with-dairy person, don’t worry, this one still spins up smooth and scoopable. It’s a fun break from creamy favorites like mango ice cream, coconut vanilla ice cream, or classic Dole Whip.

Ingredients You’ll Need
No weird stuff here, just simple ingredients that work.
- Raspberries: Fresh or frozen, they provide a sweet-tart flavor and vibrant color.
- Lime Juice: Adds a zesty kick and brightens up the sorbet with a refreshing tang. You can substitute it with Lemon or Calamansi.
- Lemonade: Enhances the sorbet’s sweetness and creates a smooth, balanced flavor. I used store-bought lemonade, but you can also use a homemade version if you prefer
- Monk Fruit: A natural, zero-calorie sweetener that helps keep the sorbet light and guilt-free.You can use any sweetener of your choice such as agave, honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, stevia, or regular sugar.
- Guar Gum: A thickening agent that ensures a smooth, creamy texture in your sorbet. This is optional.
See recipe card for quantities.

Notes
- Freeze the pint completely flat for best results.
- Always Respin if the texture looks powdery.
- Add toppings only after spinning.
- Adjust sweetness to taste before freezing if possible. It should be sweeter before freezing. The sweetness mellows bit down once frozen.
- Adjust sweetness before freezing. It should taste slightly sweeter at this stage since freezing dulls the sweetness.
