This Ninja Creami peach and cream ice cream tastes like summer in a bowl. Sweet, juicy peaches blended into a smooth, creamy base that's thick enough to scoop but melts perfectly on your tongue. It's made with canned peaches (yes, the ones from Aldi work beautifully), cottage cheese for extra creaminess, and just enough sweetness to let the peach flavor shine through.
No ice crystals, no gums, no pudding mix. Just real ingredients, a quick blend, and 24 hours in the freezer. The result is peachy, creamy, and exactly what you want when it's too hot to turn on the oven but you still need something special for dessert.
If you're already making strawberry ice cream, mango ice cream, or blueberry ice cream in your Creami, this peach version deserves a permanent spot in the lineup.

I usually buy fruits from Costco, but a box of peaches felt a bit intimidating this time. With the hot weather, I knew they’d ripen too quickly before we could finish them. So, on our next trip to Aldi, I decided to grab a few cans of peaches in extra light syrup.
Wow, what a game changer! After a quick spin in the Ninja Creami, my kids couldn’t get enough of the peach ice cream, and it disappeared in no time. Even my husband, who’s not typically a fan of peaches, loved it.
This recipe is definitely a win for me! It’s right up there with our other favorites, like Mango Ice Cream, Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, Sweet Corn Ice Cream, Strawberries and Cream Ice Cream, Blueberry Ice Cream, Banana Split Ice Cream, Cherry ice cream, and even S'mores Ice Cream—perfect for keeping the whole family happy with endless ice cream options!

This Recipe Is for the 24 oz Ninja Creami Deluxe
This recipe is written for the 24 oz Ninja Creami Deluxe pint. If you’re using the standard 16 oz Ninja Creami pint, make about ⅔ of the base (or pour the extra into a second pint and freeze it for later).
Ingredients
Here's what you'll need:
- Canned Peaches: Opt for peaches in extra light syrup to keep the ice cream sweet but not overly sugary.
- Cottage cheese: Adds a creamy texture and a slight tang, blending seamlessly into the ice cream.
- Condensed milk: Provides rich sweetness and a smooth consistency, perfect for homemade ice cream.
- Half and half: A mix of cream and milk that gives the ice cream a velvety texture without being too heavy.
- Monk fruit: A natural sweetener that enhances sweetness without adding extra calories or sugar.
Substitutions and Additions
- Use Fresh or frozen peaches for a more natural sweetness or flavor.
- Substitute cottage cheese with cream cheese for a richer, creamier texture, or Greek yogurt if you want a tangier and healthier option.
- Replace condensed milk with evaporated milk and add extra sugar or your favorite sweetener to taste for a less sweet or customizable version.
- Feel free to use any milk you prefer, like whole milk, oat milk, soy milk, or coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
See recipe card for quantities.
How To Make Peach and Cream Ice Cream Using Ninja Creami
- In a blender, combine peaches, cottage cheese, condensed milk, half and half, and monk fruit. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure it does not exceed the max fill line.
- Place the pint container in the freezer and freeze for at least 18-24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami ice cream machine. Attach the pint holder lid and lock it into place. Select the "Lite Ice Cream" setting and let the Ninja Creami process the mixture. *see notes
- Scoop the peach and cream ice cream into bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
*NOTE: If your mixture is still crumbly after the first spin, just hit the "Respin" button and keep going until it’s nice and creamy. Adding a tablespoon of cream or milk can help speed things up.
Normally, if you let it sit out for 5 to 10 minutes after taking it out of the freezer, it usually won't need any spin.
