I love peanut butter ice cream, but when the -ber months roll around, it feels like the holidays are already here! Maybe it’s because I’m from the Philippines, where Christmas 🎄songs start playing as soon as September hits.
As obsessed as I am with my Ninja Creami, I thought, why not try eggnog ice cream? Eggnog flavors usually pops up in stores around November, but I couldn’t wait that long. How To Make Eggnog Ice Cream
- Combine half and half, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt. Heat the mixture on the stove, but do not boil. Temper the egg yolks by slowly adding the warm mixture while whisking, then blend until fully combined and let it cool.
