- 3 tablespoon All purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoon Salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Whisk in melted butter, sugar, and eggs until combined. Fold in mashed bananas.
- Add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg). Stir until just mixed.
