This sausage green bean potato casserole is a hearty wonder packed with flavor! It’s an easy meal to whip up for a busy weeknight or a satisfying side dish for a family gathering!
Toss potatoes in avocado oil and fry until golden brown. Put it in a baking tray
Cook sausage. Add it in the baking tray.
Saute garlic and onion in butter until fragrant. Pour it in the baking tray.
Steam the beans. Add the beans to the skillet and let the beans steam for about 5 minutes until tender but still bright green. Once done, drain and add beans to the baking tray.
Combine. Add cajun seasoning, salt and pepper and seasoning.
Bake for 25 minutes.
