- 2 tablespoon Dried Rose Petals
- 2 cups Half and Half
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 3 drops red food color optional
Instructions
- Heat the half-and-half gently over low heat, ensuring it doesn’t come to a boil.
- Add rose petals to the warm liquid to let them bloom and release their aroma.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, then pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
- Place the container in the freezer and freeze for 24 hours.
- Process the frozen mixture on the "Ice Cream" setting. If needed, respin until the texture becomes creamy. (It took me just one respin.)
