1¾cupshalf and halfor 1 cup whole milk and 1 cup heavy whipping cream
½cupcottage cheese
½cupcondensed milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

Instructions
Blend the base: In a blender, combine half-and-half, vanilla extract, cottage cheese, and condensed milk until smooth.

Freeze: Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours for best results.
Spin: After 24 hours, take the frozen mixture out of the freezer and place the pint container into your Ninja Creami ice cream maker. Select the “Ice Cream” setting and let the machine work its magic. It should only take a few minutes!
Add Chocolate Chips: Once the ice cream is churned to a creamy consistency, remove the pint from the Ninja Creami, and gently fold in the regular chocolate chips.
