This Ninja Creami Acai Bowl is a healthy, refreshing, antioxidant-packed treat that comes together in minutes. It’s smooth, creamy, and loaded with fruity goodness—perfect for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a quick pick-me-up. Top it with granola, berries, and a drizzle of honey for that café-style finish at home.
In a blender, combine frozen acai, banana, mixed berries, yogurt, milk, and a tablespoon of agave or your preferred sweetener. Blend until smooth.
2 packs Sambazon Organic Acai Superfruit Smoothie Pack, ¾ cup Soy milk or any milk of your choice, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 1 chopped banana, 3 chopped strawberries, ⅓ cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon Agave
Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure it does not exceed the max fill line.
Place the pint container in the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the pint holder lid and lock it into place. Select the "Lite Ice Cream" setting and let the Ninja Creami process the mixture.
If the mixture is crumbly after the first spin, select the "Respin" function and process again until you achieve a creamy consistency. (I only needed to do one additional spin.)
Scoop the acai mixture into bowls and top with your favorite toppings, such as granola, fresh berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey.
Notes
Blend smooth: Make sure your acai base is completely smooth before freezing—any chunks can turn icy.
Freeze level and flat: Smooth the surface before freezing for even spinning later.
Spin setting: Use the Lite Ice Cream function (or “Smoothie Bowl” if your model has it).
Crumbly after spin? Add 1–2 tablespoons of milk (any kind) and Respin until creamy.
No gums or pudding mix needed: The acai and fruit make it creamy naturally—no fillers required.
16-oz Creami? Scale the recipe to ⅔ (multiply ingredients by 0.67) and follow the same steps.
Toppings: Add granola, fresh fruit, or coconut after spinning—never inside the pint.
Best texture: Enjoy right away! If refreezing, let it sit out for 5–10 minutes, then Respin before serving.
