This Chicken and Beans recipe – a laid-back comfort food that’s as easygoing to make as it is to enjoy. With tender chicken and hearty beans, it’s a relaxed, flavorful dish that’s perfect for any chill evening. This could easily become a new family favorite, just as it is for ours.
In a pot, sauté crushed garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
Add boneless chicken thighs, browning them for a few minutes.
Pour in Pork and Beans, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, ¾ cup tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 dry bay leaves if desired.
Let it simmer until chicken is cooked through and flavors meld.

Feel free to use any chicken parts for this recipe, but my personal preference is boneless chicken thighs as they tend to stay exceptionally juicy.
