Moist Banana Bread with Streusel Topping

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Whisk in melted butter, sugar, and eggs until combined. Fold in mashed bananas.
Add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg). Stir until just mixed.
Pour into the pan and smooth the top.
Make the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
Use
overripe bananas
for the best flavor.
Don’t overmix the batter—this keeps it tender.
If the top browns too fast, cover it with foil.
This recipe is also tested for just 2 large bananas and it works as well.
