Ingredients

palm-sized Fresh ginger root

whole lemons

apples - I love Honey crisp apples but any apple is OK!
Instructions
On a juicer, juice all the lemon, ginger and apples.
1 palm-sized Fresh ginger root,
2 whole lemons,
2 apples - I love Honey crisp apples but any apple is OK!
Collect the juice on a glass container. If your juicer doesn't have a separate outlet, simply strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.
Notes
For a warming boost, take it straight like a shot (3 tablespoons) or add it to your tea blend.
Adjust ginger to taste
Best enjoyed within 2 days
Store in sealed glass jars
