Dubai Hot Chocolate (Pistachio and Kataifi Rim)
Dubai hot chocolate is warm milk infused with cardamom and rose, poured into a mug rimmed with pistachio cream and toasted kataifi. Ready in about 10 minutes, with the same nutty crunch and floral notes that made the viral Dubai chocolate bar so popular.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1.5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Cardamom pod lightly crushed
- 1 teaspoon Edible rose petals
- 1 teaspoon Pistachio cream
- 1 tablespoon Kataifi pastry
- Pinch of salt optional
Instructions
- Toast kataifi pastry in a dry pan until golden. Set aside.
- Dip your mug rim in pistachio cream. Roll in toasted kataifi.
- Warm milk in a saucepan with rose petals and cardamom.
- Do not boil. Just heat until it starts to steam.
- Remove petals and cardamom. Use a strainer or spoon.
- Whisk in cocoa and sugar. Stir until smooth and fully dissolved.
- Pour into prepared cup. Serve warm and enjoy.
