Ingredients

Whole Milk

tablespoon
Cocoa powder

tablespoon
Sugar

Cardamom pod
lightly crushed

teaspoon
Edible rose petals

teaspoon
Pistachio cream

Kataifi pastry
Pinch
of salt

Instructions
Toast kataifi pastry in a dry pan until golden. Set aside.
Dip your mug rim in pistachio cream. Roll in toasted kataifi.
Warm milk in a saucepan with rose petals and cardamom.
Do not boil. Just heat until it starts to steam.
Remove petals and cardamom. Use a strainer or spoon.
Whisk in cocoa and sugar. Stir until smooth and fully dissolved.
Pour into prepared cup. Serve warm and enjoy.
