Ingredients

Coconut Milk
(1 can)

teaspoon
vanilla extract

monk fruit
use honey, maple or sugar
Instructions
Prepare Your Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the canned coconut milk, vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweetener. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Pour and Freeze: Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami Deluxe container, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Churn and Serve: Once frozen, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the "Ice Cream" setting and let the machine do its magic.
Enjoy: Scoop into bowls, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy a refreshing homemade coconut ice cream!
Notes
Always use full-fat canned coconut milk for the creamiest texture.
