fish cake (cut into bite size pieces)

Mozzarella cheese for toppings or any quick melting cheese

heavy cream
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except for heavy cream, cheese and green onion.
Stir gently and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the rice cakes become tender and chewy. Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred texture.
Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
If desired, sprinkle grated cheese over the top and let it melt until creamy and gooey.
Garnish with chopped green onion and adjust seasonings to your taste.
