neutral oil
such as vegetable or canola, divided

garlic cloves, minced

ground chicken

Thai chile peppers

oyster sauce

fish sauce

sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)

Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until almost done.
Mix fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and sugar in a bowl, then pour over the chicken.
Add holy basil leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
Serve hot over rice, optionally topped with a fried egg.
