Japanese Spicy Mayo (Sriracha Mayo)
A spicy mayo built on Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise and a splash of soy sauce, which makes it richer and more savory than the usual mayo and sriracha version. Whisks together in one bowl in about two minutes and keeps a week in the fridge.
