This easy homemade Caesar salad is crisp, creamy, and full of classic flavor. Perfect as a side dish, quick lunch, or base for steak or shrimp Caesar salad.
Make the Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and freshly ground black pepper until smooth and creamy.
