Instructions
Cook the grass jelly according to the package instructions. If you prefer a firmer jelly, reduce the water slightly.

Allow the jelly to cool completely, then cut it into cubes or slices.
In a bowl, mix half-and-half and condensed milk until well combined.

Notes
